The school is led by Mrs. Shantha Kalingarayar, an eminent educationist and the Correspondent of the institution, with over 40 years of rich experience in the field of academics. A passionate visionary, she founded Bharatiya Vidya Mandir Matriculation School in 1986 at Mahalingapuram, Pollachi. As the school proudly celebrates its 40th year, its alumni today hold prestigious positions across the globe—a true testimony to the strong academic foundation and values instilled over the decades.

Driven by her commitment to holistic and future-ready education, she went on to establish Vishwa Sishya Vidyodaya CBSE School in Puliampatti in the year 2011. Vidyodaya has since grown into a centre of excellence, blending academic rigour with character building.
